Our first day at the Bambanti Festival in Isabela began with a breakfast at the hotel, followed by a short trip to the MultiCuisine Restaurant in Cauayan City, where the press conference for the Bambanti Festival 2024 was scheduled.
I initially expected a typical restaurant venue, but I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival. MultiCuisine is a refined dining establishment, featuring an elegant outdoor area and sophisticated interior design.
Going up to the second floor for the press conference, we met the key figures of the Bambanti Festival, including Artistic Director Nilo Agustin, Isabela Tourism Officer Joanne Maranan, Public Information Officer Atty. Elizabeth Cureg-Binag, and Vice Governor Faustino “Bojie” Dy III, presented the festival’s highlights and fielded questions from the media.

We were treated to a delightful array of culinary delights during the event. MultiCuisine prides itself on offering a diverse selection of dishes from around the globe, including Asian, Australian, and South American cuisines. It all began with bread, soup, and appetizers, paving the way for a lavish presentation of main courses, featuring an assortment of steak, chicken, and seafood.
The desserts were a highlight, not only in taste but also in presentation. Among them, the turon with ice cream stood out—a seemingly simple dish elevated by its presentation and flavor.
Concluding the feast, the attentive staff graciously offered us coffee, providing a soothing end to the press conference.
