This sprawling urban expanse features a 20,000-seat Athletics Stadium, a world-class Aquatics center, and vast open grounds that seamlessly integrate into the city’s infrastructure. The city’s expansive layout can comfortably welcome up to 50,000 people, making it an ideal location for an event of PIHABF’s magnitude.
Situated just an hour and a half away from Manila, New Clark City offers convenience for both day trippers and those seeking an extended stay. The decision to host the fiesta here was primarily influenced by the city’s vast spaces and robust infrastructure. Tarlac Governor Susan Yap emphasized the venue’s multiple hotel options and its strategic central location that serves as a midpoint between Manila and Northern Luzon.
