PITX TERMINAL (Schedule, Routes, Booking & More)

For many Southies just outside Metro Manila, the Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) is an all-important transit hub that connects them to points as far north as Baguio and as south as Davao via RORO ferries. Located at Asiaworld along the Manila Bay Area, PITX opened on November 5, 2018. Designed as a replacement for the older Southwest Integrated Transport Terminal (SITT), PITX is estimated to serve as many as 200,000 passengers daily.

The future looks bright for commuters in the south thanks to proposed PITX connections to other lines. There are currently plans to connect the PITX to the Light Rail Transit Line 1 (LRT 1)’s proposed Cavite station, through a designated “Asiaworld Station”. There are also proposals to accommodate connection to the under-construction Metro Manila Subway through a spur line.
