- NO CHILD TICKET (Passenger over 2 years old is considered as Adult) INFANT TICKET can only be purchased at the pier. (Less than 2 years old.)
- Please come to the terminal 2-4 hours prior to the departure time. This will give enough time for inspecting the luggage and the belongings.
- Prepare a valid ID with an e-ticket itinerary receipt. 2Go reserves the right to refuse to board if the passengers cannot present it upon request.
- Prepare PHP 95 as a terminal fee. (Subject to change depending on the terminal.)
- Boarding gates will be closed 30 minutes prior to the departure time of the vessel.
