Restaurants Near NAIA Terminal 3: Best Places to Eat Before or After Your Flight

If you’re flying through NAIA Terminal 3 and wondering where to eat, the good news is that you don’t really have to go far anymore.

Terminal 3 has always had more food choices than some of NAIA’s other terminals, but the dining situation has improved significantly in 2026. There are now restaurants and cafés spread across the arrivals level, the Mezzanine Food Hall, pre-departure areas and the newer premium dining section for international passengers.

And if you have more time?

You can simply cross Runway Manila and head to Newport World Resorts, where you’ll find an entirely different selection of restaurants ranging from casual Filipino food and ramen to steakhouses and special-occasion dining.

So whether you have 30 minutes before checking in or a five-hour layover, here are some of the best restaurants near NAIA Terminal 3.

Note: Restaurant locations and operating hours in this guide were checked against the official New NAIA dining directory and current restaurant listings as of October 2026. Airport concessions change frequently, so always allow extra time for check-in, immigration and security.

Let’s start with the easiest options—the restaurants actually inside Terminal 3.

Restaurants Inside NAIA Terminal 3

NAIA Terminal 3 now has food options on multiple levels.

One of the most useful areas for travelers is the Level 2 Mezzanine Food Hall. This is particularly convenient when you’re meeting someone at the airport, waiting for a passenger, arriving from a flight or eating before heading deeper into the departure process.

The official airport directory lists more than 20 food businesses around the Level 2 Mezzanine alone.

Here are some of the restaurants I’d consider first.

1. Mama Lou’s Italian Kitchen

Mama Lou’s Italian Kitchen NAIA Terminal 3 is probably one of the nicest choices inside Terminal 3 if you want a proper sit-down meal rather than fast food.

You’ll find it at the Level 2 Mezzanine Food Hall.

Mama Lou’s is known for Italian comfort food, so expect pizza, pasta and other familiar Italian-style dishes.

This makes it particularly useful when you’re traveling as a family or group because it’s easy to order several dishes and share everything.

Current airport information lists the NAIA T3 branch as open from around 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Best for: Families, pizza, pasta, relaxed meals

Location: Level 2, Mezzanine Food Hall

2. Café Mary Grace

For something that feels more like a café than an airport restaurant, there’s Cafe Mary Grace – NAIA Terminal 3.

This is a good option for breakfast, merienda or even a full meal.

Mary Grace is known for dishes such as pasta, sandwiches, ensaymada, cakes and coffee, so it works particularly well when people in your group don’t all want the same kind of food.

I’d also consider it if you’re meeting someone arriving at Terminal 3 and want somewhere comfortable to sit for a while.

The Terminal 3 branch is currently listed from approximately 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Best for: Breakfast, coffee, cakes, pasta

Location: Level 2, Mezzanine Food Hall

3. Nanyang

Early-morning flight?

Nanyang is one of the more convenient options.

The Terminal 3 location opens at around 4:00 AM and stays open until midnight according to the current airport directory.

Nanyang specializes in Southeast Asian café-style food, making it a good choice if you want something along the lines of rice meals, noodles, toast and coffee instead of burgers or fried chicken.

The early opening time is the real advantage.

If your international flight leaves around 7:00 or 8:00 AM and you’ve arrived at NAIA several hours beforehand, there aren’t many full restaurants outside airports serving food at 4:00 in the morning.

Best for: Early flights, breakfast, quick meals

Location: Level 2, Mezzanine Food Hall

4. Marugame Udon

Another practical option is Marugame Udon.

If you’ve eaten at Marugame before, you already know the format.

Choose your udon or rice bowl, add tempura and side dishes, pay at the counter and find a seat.

That works extremely well at an airport because you can have a substantial meal without spending too much time waiting.

The official airport directory currently lists the Terminal 3 branch from around 6:00 AM until 2:00 AM.

That’s a particularly useful schedule for travelers arriving late at night.

Best for: Udon, rice bowls, affordable Japanese food

Location: Level 2, Mezzanine Food Hall

5. Watami

For a more traditional sit-down Japanese meal, consider Watami.

It’s also located in the Level 2 Mezzanine Food Hall.

The interesting part here is the operating schedule.

The official NAIA directory currently lists Watami at Terminal 3 as operating 24 hours.

That makes it one of the more useful choices if you arrive on a late-night international flight or you’re checking in extremely early.

Best for: Japanese food, late-night meals

Location: Level 2, Mezzanine Food Hall

6. Chili’s

Traveling with friends or family and looking for familiar American-style food?

Chili’s is another Level 2 option.

Expect the usual combination of burgers, ribs, chicken, appetizers and other casual American restaurant dishes.

Because it’s a proper sit-down restaurant, I’d choose this when you still have plenty of time before your flight rather than when boarding is about to begin.

The airport directory currently lists operating hours from roughly 6:00 AM until 1:00 AM.

Best for: Groups, burgers, ribs, casual meals

Location: Level 2, Mezzanine Food Hall

Other Restaurants at the Terminal 3 Mezzanine Food Hall

The Level 2 area has become surprisingly extensive.

As of the airport’s August 25, 2026 directory update, the Mezzanine Food Hall also includes pizza, fried chicken, cafés, bakeries, doughnuts, pancakes and other Asian restaurants.

Several establishments stay open either very late or 24 hours, which is important at Terminal 3 because flights operate throughout the night.

So if you’re traveling at 2:00 AM or 4:00 AM, don’t assume everything will be closed.

You still have options.

New Restaurants After Security at NAIA Terminal 3

One of the biggest changes at NAIA Terminal 3 in 2026 is happening after passengers pass through the departure process.

New NAIA Infra Corp. announced a major expansion of the international airside dining area in June 2026, converting previously underused terminal space into restaurants, cafés and passenger amenities.

By the airport directory’s August update, many of those restaurants were already listed in Terminal 3’s Level 4 Premium F&B area.

This means international passengers now have significantly better choices after clearing immigration and security.

7. Ramen Nagi

One of the strongest additions is Ramen Nagi.

If you have a couple of hours before boarding and want a proper bowl of ramen rather than a sandwich or snack, this is a welcome addition to Terminal 3.

You’ll find it in the premium food section in the pre-departure area.

Best for: Ramen, substantial meal before a flight

Location: Level 4 Premium F&B / pre-departure area

Important: This area is for departing passengers who have access to the airside portion of the terminal.

8. Shake Shack

You can also now find Shake Shack – NAIA Terminal 3 airside at Terminal 3.

For travelers who don’t want a long sit-down meal, this is one of the easiest options.

Grab a burger, fries and drink, then head toward your gate.

The airport operator originally named Shake Shack among the brands being added to Terminal 3’s expanded international airside dining lineup in 2026.

Best for: Burgers, quick airport meal

Location: Airside / pre-departure area

Even More New Airside Restaurants

The 2026 food expansion has made Terminal 3 much more interesting for international travelers.

The official directory now lists restaurants serving Italian food, Chinese dishes, Korean chicken, bakery items, coffee, burgers, ramen and other meals in the premium pre-departure area.

This is a useful change because in the past I would usually recommend eating before immigration if you wanted more choices.

That’s no longer necessarily true.

If you’re flying internationally from Terminal 3 in late 2026, there are now considerably more options after security.

Restaurants Near NAIA Terminal 3: Newport World Resorts

Now let’s say you’re not rushing.

Maybe you:

  • have several hours before your flight,
  • just arrived in Manila,
  • are staying overnight near NAIA,
  • are meeting someone at the airport, or
  • simply don’t want to eat airport food.

In that case, Newport is probably the most convenient place to go.

You don’t even need a taxi.

How to Walk From NAIA Terminal 3 to Newport

Runway Manila directly connects Terminal 3 and Newport City.

The enclosed pedestrian bridge is approximately 220 meters long and was built with moving walkways, elevators and PWD-friendly facilities. Government information describes the Terminal 3-to-Newport crossing itself as roughly a 10-minute walk.

Of course, allow more than 10 minutes in real life.

You still have to walk through the terminal, find the bridge, go through access points and then continue to whichever restaurant you’re visiting.

I wouldn’t leave Terminal 3 for a restaurant if boarding starts in an hour.

But if you have three or four hours?

That’s a different story.

Newport becomes a very practical option.

9. Manam – Newport Mall

For Filipino food, Manam – Newport World Resorts is one of my first recommendations.

Manam has become popular for taking familiar Filipino dishes and presenting them in both classic and slightly more creative versions.

It’s also a particularly good restaurant to bring foreign visitors or balikbayans because you can order several dishes for the table and let everyone try different Filipino flavors.

The Newport branch is on the second floor of Newport Mall.

Best for: Filipino food, families, balikbayans

Location: Newport Mall

If you’ve just arrived in the Philippines after a long international flight and want Filipino food immediately, this is a pretty good way to start.

10. Hanamaruken Ramen

For ramen, Hanamaruken 2.0 – Newport is another option on the Newport side.

You’ll find it on the fourth floor of Newport Mall.

Hanamaruken is known for rich ramen bowls and is a good alternative when you have enough time to leave the airport but don’t necessarily want a formal restaurant.

Best for: Ramen, casual meals

Location: 4th Floor, Newport Mall

11. Nikkei Robata

For something a little more polished, there’s Nikkei Robata Newport.

This is the kind of restaurant I’d consider when you have a long layover and want to turn it into an actual dining experience instead of just killing time at the terminal.

It’s also useful for people staying at one of the Newport hotels.

Best for: Dates, dinner, leisurely meals

Location: Newport area

12. Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill

And then there is Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill PH.

This isn’t the place I’d recommend if you have 45 minutes before your flight.

It’s a proper dining destination.

Located in the Grand Wing of Newport World Resorts, Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill is one of Newport’s signature restaurants. Newport officially lists it among its premium dining venues.

I’d consider this if:

you’re staying overnight near NAIA,

you’re celebrating something before a trip,

you have a very long layover,

or you’re simply visiting Newport and aren’t in a rush.

Best for: Special occasions, steak and grill dishes

Location: Grand Wing, Newport World Resorts

More Restaurants at Newport Mall

Newport’s restaurant selection goes far beyond these four.

Its official dining directory currently includes Filipino, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Italian, seafood, steakhouse, café and international restaurants across Newport Mall and the surrounding hotels.

So if your group can’t agree on what to eat, Newport is usually easier than choosing one restaurant before leaving the terminal.

Walk over first, then decide.

Should You Eat Inside Terminal 3 or Go to Newport?

Here’s the simplest way I’d decide.

Less than 2 hours before your flight

Stay inside Terminal 3.

Don’t risk it.

Traffic isn’t even the main problem because Newport is walkable. The problem is the unpredictable amount of time needed for check-in, security, immigration and reaching your gate.

Around 2–3 hours before a domestic flight

I’d still probably stay at the airport unless you’ve already checked in and know exactly what you’re doing.

Terminal 3 has enough restaurants now that leaving isn’t necessary.

Long international layover or 4+ hours to spare

Newport becomes much more reasonable.

Just remember that if you’re departing internationally, you still need to return to Terminal 3 and complete immigration and security procedures.

Staying overnight near NAIA

Go to Newport.

You’ll have a much wider range of restaurants, cafés and hotel dining options.

Best Restaurant Inside NAIA Terminal 3 for Families

I’d pick Mama Lou’s or Café Mary Grace.

Both offer familiar food and proper seating, and neither requires everyone to want the same thing.

If your family prefers Japanese food, Marugame is another easy choice.

Best Restaurant for an Early-Morning Flight

Nanyang is particularly useful because it opens around 4:00 AM.

Terminal 3 also has numerous 24-hour restaurants and cafés, so passengers arriving in the middle of the night aren’t limited to vending machines and convenience-store snacks.

Best Restaurant for a Late-Night Arrival

Watami is one option because the airport directory currently lists it as operating around the clock.

You’ll also find multiple 24-hour fast-food, café and snack options throughout Terminal 3.

If you’re extremely tired after the flight, though, I’d resist the temptation to make things complicated.

Eat inside the airport.

Get your Grab or hotel transfer.

Sleep.

Newport will still be there tomorrow.

Best Filipino Restaurant Near Terminal 3

If you’re staying inside the airport, Terminal 3 has Filipino food options in several food halls.

But if you have enough time to cross into Newport, Manam would be one of my top choices for a proper Filipino meal.

It’s especially convenient for international visitors arriving in Manila who want Filipino food almost immediately after leaving the airport.

Best Restaurants for Meeting Someone at NAIA Terminal 3

This is where the Level 2 Mezzanine Food Hall becomes really useful.

Instead of standing around the arrivals area for an hour, you can wait at Café Mary Grace, Mama Lou’s or another restaurant upstairs.

Just make sure the arriving passenger knows where you’re waiting.

Terminal 3 is huge.

Saying “I’m at the restaurant upstairs” is not specific enough.

Send the exact restaurant name and level.

Which NAIA Terminal 3 Restaurants Are Open 24 Hours?

As of the official airport dining directory’s August 25, 2026 update, Terminal 3 has numerous 24-hour food establishments.

The exact lineup includes restaurants, cafés and snack counters across the arrivals, mezzanine, pre-departure and concession areas.

Because operating hours can change, I wouldn’t build an entire trip around one particular restaurant being open at 3:30 AM.

Check the latest airport directory if you’re traveling at an unusual hour.

But generally speaking, Terminal 3 is one of the easiest NAIA terminals for finding food late at night.

Are Airport Restaurants More Expensive?

Often, yes.

Airport branches have higher operating costs, and some prices can be different from ordinary mall locations.

If you’re traveling on a tight budget, Terminal 3 still has plenty of quick-service and food-hall choices.

And if you have enough time, Newport gives you even more variety at different price points.

Important: Landside vs. Airside Restaurants

This is one thing travelers should understand before deciding where to eat.

Landside restaurants are accessible before you pass through final passenger-only security or immigration areas.

Airside restaurants are accessible only after you’ve gone through the departure process.

So if you’re meeting someone who isn’t flying, don’t tell them to meet you at an airside restaurant.

They won’t be able to enter.

Similarly, once you’ve cleared immigration for an international flight, don’t assume you can casually walk back to the public Mezzanine Food Hall.

Choose where you want to eat before you move through the terminal.

Sample Dining Plan for Different Travelers

If You’re Arriving at Terminal 3

Clear immigration and customs.

If you’re hungry immediately, eat at the Mezzanine Food Hall.

If you’re staying in Newport, cross Runway Manila and eat there instead.

If You’re Departing Internationally

If you arrive very early and want a leisurely meal, eat landside first.

Then check in, clear immigration and security.

If you prefer to get all airport formalities out of the way first, Terminal 3’s expanded 2026 airside dining lineup means you now have better food choices after immigration.

If You’re Departing Domestically

The terminal has food options before and after passenger-only areas.

If your flight is soon, stay inside.

There’s really no need to leave Terminal 3 just to find food anymore.

NAIA Terminal 3 Dining Guide

Final Thoughts

A few years ago, I probably would have told travelers with a long wait at Terminal 3 to cross over to Newport if they wanted a really good restaurant.

In 2026, that’s no longer automatically necessary.

NAIA Terminal 3 itself now has a surprisingly strong dining lineup.

The Level 2 Mezzanine Food Hall gives you proper sit-down restaurants before your flight, while the expanded airside food areas mean international passengers no longer have to rely entirely on snacks once they clear immigration.

If you only have a couple of hours, stay at the airport.

Grab pasta at Mama Lou’s, have coffee and cake at Mary Grace, get udon at Marugame, or eat ramen after security.

But if you have a long layover or you’re staying around the airport, cross Runway Manila.

Newport is close enough to feel like an extension of the Terminal 3 area, and once you’re there, the restaurant choices expand dramatically.

That’s probably the biggest advantage of flying through NAIA Terminal 3 when it comes to food.

You’re not stuck with one tiny airport food court.

Whether you have 30 minutes or half a day, there’s almost always somewhere decent to eat nearby.
