5. Crisologo Museum
Another must-visit and educational destination waiting for you in Ilocos Sur are the Crisologo Museum. This ancestral house turned museum is owned by the Crisologo Family, one of the most powerful and prominent families in the province’s history. The head of the family, Floro Crisologo, was once a congressman of Ilocos Sur, and therefore became an important figure in the province’s political affairs.

The GomBurZa became a huge part of the Philippine Revolution and inspired our national hero, Dr. Jose Rizal to fight for our freedom.
