Currently, there are two ferry companies that operate within the Tagbilaran and Larena, Siquijor route. These are OceanJet and Lite Ferries.

OceanJet: Tagbilaran to Siquijor
OceanJet has a daily trip from Tagbilaran to Larena, Siquijor and vice versa. This is scheduled at 10:20 AM departure from Tagbilaran to Siquijor. If you’re coming from Larena, the departure of the ferry is at 12:30 PM going to Tagbilaran. Travel time is about 1 hour and 30 minutes.

This route uses the Tagbilaran port and Larena Ferry Terminal in Siquijor.

OceanJet Reminders:
- It is required for passengers to present their valid ID’s upon check-in. No ID to present, no check-in.
- Ticket is non-transferable. Presented valid ID’s should match the passenger’s name as encoded on the ticket.
- At least 30 minutes before departure time is required for passengers to check-in.
- To check-in, you have to present a PRINTED hard copy of the ticket emailed to you.
- Each passenger is allowed to bring one ( 1 ) hand-carried baggage upon check-in.
- Bringing of pets is allowed if the pets are securely put inside a cage. Upon check-in, a permit from the Bureau of Quarantine must be presented for passengers with pets.
- Open-Air Tickets for all Passenger types are Non-Refundable
- Discounted fares for Senior Citizens, PWD, Student and Children are not available online. Please buy your tickets at the Ticketing offices to avail of this.
- For bookings paid after 9:30PM, your tickets will be emailed to you the following day.
- For Online Booking Refund, 40% will be deducted to the ticket value either departed or voyage to be departed.
- Inclusive of Terminal Fee for Cebu Port (P25.00) and Tagbilaran Port (P20.00)

Lite Ferries: Tagbilaran to Siquijor
Lite Ferries also has scheduled trips from Tagbilaran to Larena, Siquijor and vice versa, although these are not daily. You may refer to below schedule for reference.
This is a RORO service so it can also accommodate vehicles. This is a good option if you are traveling in your car. The ferry from Tagbilaran sails 3 times a week, every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 8:00 PM. While the ferry from Larena, Siquijor is scheduled every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday at 7:00 PM.
