Latest on March 10, 2020 – Based on the latest reports by DOH, another 4 new cases have been added to the list of confirmed infected of coronavirus in the Philippines with the current total of 10 cases.
This prompted local officials and the government to suspend the classes in some areas in the country to prevent the spread of the virus. Schools are also going to undergo disinfection of campuses to combat the spread of coronavirus.
In this page, we will continually update the list of area, cities, and municipalities which declared class suspension or #walangpasok, so everyone is informed.
METRO MANILA
No classes in the entire Metro Manila for all levels from March 10 (Tuesday) to March 14 (Saturday).
Earlier Announcements:
- Marikina City – public and private schools (all levels) from March 9 (Monday) to March 11 (Wednesday).
- Pasay City – public and private schools (all levels) from March 9 (Monday) until March 10 (Tuesday).
- Navotas City – public and private schools (all levels) on March 9 (Monday).
- Quezon City – Bagong Lipunan Crame Elementary School and High School are the only schools that announced class suspension on March 9 (Monday).
- San Juan – public and private schools (all levels) on March 9 (Monday).
REGION 4
- Taytay, Rizal – public and private (all levels) on March 9 (Monday).
- Cainta, Rizal – public and private (all levels) from March 7 (Saturday) until March 10 (Tuesday).
- Rodriguez – public and private (all levels) on March 10, Tuesday.
- San Mateo – public and private (all levels) from Tuesday (March 10) until Friday (March 13).
Cavite
- All public and private schools (all levels) from March 10 (Tuesday) to March 14 (Saturday.)
Ilocos Region: Pangasinan
