OceanJet Reminders:
- Valid ID is required upon check-in.
- Tickets are non-transferable. Ticket’s name should match with the presented ID
- Passengers should check-in 30 minutes before departure time.
- Present the PRINTED hard-copy of the booking emailed to you.
- Only one hand-carried baggage is allowed.
- Pets are only allowed if put inside a cage with a permit of the Bureau of Quarantine.
- All Open Air tickets are non-refundable.
- Discounted Tickets for Students, Senior Citizens, etc., are only allowed while buying tickets at the counters. These discounts are not available online.
- For bookings purchased beyond 9:30 PM, tickets will be emailed the following day.
- For online booking refund, 40% will be deducted from the ticket value.
