Traveloka Payment Methods Philippines: Credit Card, Debit Card, GCash, and More

You have finally found the flight or hotel you want.

The schedule works, the price looks reasonable, and you may even have a Traveloka promo code ready. You enter your passenger or guest information and proceed to checkout—only to discover that your preferred payment option is not available.

This can be frustrating, especially for travellers who normally pay through GCash, Maya, online banking, or an over-the-counter payment centre.

Traveloka previously offered several payment channels in the Philippines. That is why many older guides still mention bank transfers, DragonPay, 7-Eleven, Cebuana Lhuillier, Coins.ph, BancNet, and PayPal.

However, payment options have changed.

As of August 2, 2026, Traveloka’s dedicated Philippine Help Centre article states that the currently available Traveloka payment method in the Philippines is a credit or debit card. It says card payment is available 24 hours a day for all Traveloka products offered in the country and can be used through the Android app, iPhone app, desktop website, and mobile website.

So, does Traveloka accept GCash? Can you pay through Maya, a bank transfer, or 7-Eleven? What cards can you use, and what should you do when your payment fails?

Let us go through everything you need to know.

The most important rule is simple:

Follow the payment choices displayed on your actual Traveloka checkout page.

Traveloka‘s payment options can differ by country, product, currency, account, promotion, and booking arrangement. A method mentioned in an old article or search result may no longer be available for your transaction.

What payment methods does Traveloka currently accept in the Philippines?

Traveloka’s current Philippine Help Centre says:

In the Philippines, Traveloka offers only one payment method: credit or debit card.

The article states that card payment applies to all Traveloka products available in the Philippines, including transactions completed through its website and mobile applications. It also lists a minimum transaction value of ₱0 and a maximum of ₱30,000,000.

The payment process is available for products such as:

  • Flights
  • Hotels
  • Apartments
  • Villas
  • Things to Do
  • Attraction tickets
  • Tours
  • Airport transfers
  • Car rentals
  • Cruises
  • Eligible add-ons and booking changes

The exact products and payment choices will still depend on what appears during your checkout.

Credit cards

A credit card allows you to charge the Traveloka purchase against your available credit limit.

Traveloka’s My Cards Help Centre page explicitly says that Visa and Mastercard can be used under the saved-card feature.

Before booking, make sure:

  • Your card has enough available credit.
  • Online or e-commerce transactions are enabled.
  • Your card has not expired.
  • Your bank has your current mobile number.
  • You can receive an OTP or banking-app approval.
  • The transaction will not exceed your card’s limit.
  • Your bank will allow the Traveloka transaction.

The payment may require additional verification from your card issuer.

Debit cards

Traveloka’s current Philippine payment article also accepts debit cards. The purchase will normally be deducted from the available balance connected to the card.

Your debit card generally needs to support online card transactions.

A debit card that works at an ATM is not automatically guaranteed to work for an online purchase. Depending on the bank, you may need to:

  • Enable online transactions
  • Enable e-commerce purchases
  • Adjust your online spending limit
  • Unlock the card
  • Maintain enough available balance
  • Approve the payment through an OTP or banking app

Traveloka’s payment-troubleshooting guidance advises customers to confirm that the card is enabled for e-commerce transactions and has enough available credit or limit.

Which cards does Traveloka accept?

Traveloka’s Philippine My Cards page specifically identifies:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard

These are the card networks explicitly listed for the My Cards feature.

You may encounter Traveloka airline or hotel pages mentioning other networks, but those pages are not as authoritative as the dedicated Philippine payment guide and My Cards Help Centre.

Therefore, do not assume that American Express, JCB, UnionPay, or another network will work merely because it appears in a general Traveloka description.

Check the logos and choices shown on your payment screen.

Can you use a prepaid card?

A prepaid Visa or Mastercard may work when:

  • Online transactions are supported.
  • The card has enough balance.
  • OTP or transaction verification can be completed.
  • The card issuer permits the merchant transaction.
  • Traveloka’s payment system accepts the card.

However, Traveloka’s current Philippine Help Centre does not guarantee that every prepaid card will be accepted.

The safest approach is to attempt payment only after confirming that your prepaid card supports online purchases.

Does Traveloka accept GCash?

As of August 2, 2026, GCash is not listed as a direct payment method in Traveloka’s dedicated Philippine payment article. That article says the current option is a credit or debit card.

This deserves clarification because some Traveloka airline landing pages currently mention GCash and Maya as possible payment choices. Other Traveloka pages also contain older information about several alternative Philippine payment channels.

The official information is therefore inconsistent.

For practical purposes, the dedicated Philippine Help Centre payment article and your live checkout screen should be treated as the stronger sources.

What should you do?

When GCash appears on your checkout page, you may follow the instructions displayed there.

When it does not appear, you should assume that direct GCash payment is unavailable for that booking.

Do not send a manual GCash transfer to:

  • A personal mobile number
  • A supposed Traveloka agent
  • A Facebook account
  • An unofficial customer-service representative
  • A QR code sent through a private message

A legitimate Traveloka payment must be completed using an option shown in the official Traveloka checkout process.

Can you use a GCash card?

A GCash-issued Visa or Mastercard may be treated as a card payment rather than a direct GCash-wallet transaction.

Whether it works depends on:

  • The card’s activation
  • Available wallet balance
  • Online-payment settings
  • Visa or Mastercard acceptance
  • OTP or security verification
  • Traveloka’s payment approval
  • GCash’s own transaction controls

This is different from selecting GCash as an e-wallet during checkout.

Does Traveloka accept Maya?

Maya is also not listed in Traveloka’s current dedicated Philippine payment article, which identifies credit and debit cards as the available method.

Some individual Traveloka landing pages mention Maya, but the information conflicts with the dedicated Help Centre guidance.

Only use Maya directly when it appears as an option during your actual checkout.

Can you use a Maya card?

A Maya Visa or Mastercard may potentially work as an ordinary credit, debit, or prepaid card, provided:

  • It is active.
  • It supports online purchases.
  • It has enough available balance or credit.
  • The transaction passes security verification.
  • The card network appears as supported at checkout.

Again, this is not the same as paying directly from the Maya wallet.

Can you pay Traveloka through a bank transfer?

Bank transfer is not listed in Traveloka’s current Philippine payment article.

However, Traveloka still has an older Philippine “How to Pay” page mentioning payments through internet banking, bank counters, and DragonPay. That page also mentions Coins, BancNet, and PayPal.

This creates understandable confusion.

Traveloka’s newer and more specific Philippine Help Centre article clearly says that the current method is credit or debit card.

Because the pages conflict, you should not rely on the old bank-transfer instructions unless a bank-transfer option actually appears during checkout.

Do not manually transfer money using account details found in an old blog post, screenshot, YouTube video, or social-media comment.

Can you pay Traveloka through DragonPay?

DragonPay appears on Traveloka’s older Philippine payment page, but it is not included in the current dedicated Philippine payment article.

Therefore, DragonPay should not be assumed to be currently available for every Philippine booking.

Use it only when:

  1. DragonPay appears on your Traveloka checkout screen.
  2. Traveloka redirects you to an official payment page.
  3. You receive instructions directly through the official booking process.
  4. The booking remains active within the payment deadline.

Do not use old DragonPay instructions for a new booking when Traveloka does not display DragonPay at checkout.

Can you pay Traveloka at 7-Eleven?

Older Traveloka guides and Philippine travel articles mention over-the-counter payment through 7-Eleven.

However, Traveloka’s current dedicated Philippine payment article does not list 7-Eleven as an available option.

Unless 7-Eleven appears during your actual checkout, assume that it is unavailable.

The same guidance applies to:

  • Cebuana Lhuillier
  • M Lhuillier
  • Bayad centres
  • Department-store payment counters
  • Other over-the-counter partners

Do not visit a payment counter using an old barcode or reference number.

Can you pay Traveloka through Cebuana Lhuillier?

Cebuana Lhuillier was mentioned in older Traveloka payment guides, but it is not identified in the current dedicated Philippine Help Centre article.

Therefore, it should not be treated as a standard payment method in 2026 unless Traveloka displays it during checkout.

Does Traveloka accept PayPal?

Traveloka’s older Philippine payment page includes PayPal, but the current dedicated payment article says the Philippine platform presently offers credit or debit card payment.

Do not assume PayPal remains available based only on the older page.

Check your actual checkout screen.

Is Traveloka PayLater available in the Philippines?

Traveloka PayLater is a financing feature available in certain Traveloka markets.

However, the existence of a Traveloka PayLater webpage or Help Centre section does not prove that Filipino residents are eligible to apply.

Traveloka’s current Philippine payment article does not list PayLater as a general payment method.

Therefore, Filipino customers should not assume that they can use Traveloka PayLater unless:

  • PayLater appears in their account.
  • Traveloka offers an application process based on Philippine eligibility.
  • The customer receives complete lending terms.
  • The financing provider and fees are clearly identified.
  • PayLater appears during checkout for the selected booking.

Be cautious of unofficial pages asking you to submit identification or pay an application fee for Traveloka PayLater.

What about credit-card installment plans?

An installment option may occasionally be offered through a bank or card promotion, but it is not guaranteed for every Philippine customer or booking.

Possible arrangements include:

  • Installment selected during checkout
  • Buy-now-pay-later conversion through the bank
  • Post-purchase installment conversion
  • Promotional zero-interest plans
  • Regular installment plans with fees or interest

Check:

  • Participating bank
  • Eligible card
  • Minimum purchase
  • Available installment period
  • Interest rate
  • Processing fee
  • Monthly payment
  • Promo period
  • Cancellation and refund treatment

When Traveloka charges the transaction as a straight purchase, you may need to ask your bank whether it can be converted afterward.

Traveloka cannot guarantee that your bank will approve the conversion.

What is Traveloka Pay at Hotel?

Pay at Hotel is different from an ordinary Traveloka card payment.

For selected hotel listings, you may reserve the room through Traveloka and pay the property during your stay.

Traveloka’s terms state that accommodation bookings may offer either:

  • Pay Now, where payment is completed through Traveloka; or
  • Pay at Hotel, where payment is made directly to the accommodation.

Traveloka’s Philippine Pay at Hotel guide says participating properties may accept payment by cash or card during the stay, although the available method depends on the hotel.

How Pay at Hotel works

The general process is:

  1. Search for a hotel.
  2. Use the Pay at Hotel filter when available.
  3. Select a room carrying the appropriate label.
  4. Enter the guest details.
  5. Provide a card for reservation security when required.
  6. Receive the hotel voucher.
  7. Pay the hotel according to the booking instructions.

Traveloka says a card may be requested to guarantee the reservation even when no advance payment is collected. A property may also perform a pre-authorization, while no-show charges may apply if the guest fails to arrive.

Does Pay at Hotel mean no card is needed?

Not necessarily.

A hotel may require card details to:

  • Guarantee the reservation
  • Confirm that the card is valid
  • Place a temporary pre-authorization
  • Collect a cancellation fee
  • Charge a no-show penalty

Read the room policy before booking.

Can you pay the hotel in cash?

Some Pay at Hotel properties accept cash, but payment arrangements vary by hotel. Traveloka advises following the payment instructions shown on the confirmed booking and voucher.

An overseas hotel may also collect payment in its local currency rather than Philippine pesos.

How to pay Traveloka using a credit or debit card

The process is similar whether you are booking a flight, hotel, activity, transfer, or another Traveloka product.

Step 1: Sign in to Traveloka

Open the Traveloka website or mobile application and sign in.

Using an account makes it easier to:

  • Retrieve your booking
  • Access the payment status
  • Download the ticket or voucher
  • Upload payment proof
  • Contact customer service
  • Manage eligible refunds or changes

Step 2: Select the product

Choose the service you want to purchase.

For example:

  • Flight
  • Hotel
  • Attraction ticket
  • Airport transfer
  • Car rental
  • Cruise

Enter all the required booking information.

Step 3: Review the booking

Before payment, confirm:

  • Passenger or guest name
  • Travel date
  • Route
  • Hotel
  • Room
  • Number of travellers
  • Baggage
  • Add-ons
  • Cancellation conditions
  • Final price

Correcting an error before payment is much easier than changing a confirmed reservation.

Step 4: Proceed to payment

Continue to the checkout page.

Traveloka’s current payment instructions tell customers to select credit or debit card, enter the required card information, complete payment, and wait for transaction confirmation.

Step 5: Enter the card details

You may need to provide:

  • Card number
  • Cardholder name
  • Expiration date
  • CVV or security code
  • Billing details, when requested

Enter the information exactly as required.

Step 6: Apply your promo code

When using a Traveloka coupon or bank promotion, enter it before final payment.

Check whether the discount appears in the booking summary.

Do not assume a coupon will be applied after the transaction has been completed.

Step 7: Review the final amount

Confirm:

  • Base price
  • Taxes
  • Service fees
  • Baggage
  • Seats
  • Meals
  • Insurance
  • Coupon discount
  • Total amount charged
  • Currency

Traveloka’s terms allow supplier charges and Traveloka facilitating or service fees to be added where applicable. The fees should be presented through the booking flow.

Step 8: Press Pay

Complete the payment before the booking time limit expires.

Traveloka says customers should check the Purchase List to see how much time remains. When the deadline passes, the reservation may need to be started again.

Step 9: Complete the security verification

Your bank may send an OTP through SMS or request approval through its application.

Traveloka says the OTP is sent by the card-issuing bank and should be entered promptly to complete the transaction.

Step 10: Wait for the confirmation

Do not close the page immediately after approving the payment.

Wait for Traveloka to display the transaction result.

When is a Traveloka payment considered confirmed?

Traveloka says payment is confirmed when the customer receives the corresponding e-ticket or voucher by email.

Depending on the product, you may receive:

  • Flight e-ticket
  • Hotel voucher
  • Activity voucher
  • Airport-transfer confirmation
  • Car-rental voucher
  • Cruise confirmation

A banking notification saying that your card was charged is not always the same as a confirmed booking.

Check:

  1. Your Traveloka account
  2. Your email inbox
  3. Your spam folder
  4. The booking status
  5. The e-ticket or voucher

How long does Traveloka payment verification take?

Traveloka says that when the correct payment is completed within the deadline, a flight e-ticket should normally be issued within 60 minutes.

The dedicated payment-verification guide also tells customers to investigate when an e-ticket or voucher has not arrived within 60 minutes.

Do not immediately make the same booking again during this period.

You could end up with:

  • Two card charges
  • Two confirmed bookings
  • Two airline tickets
  • Duplicate hotel reservations
  • Cancellation fees for one booking

What should you do if your card payment fails?

A failed card transaction can happen for several reasons.

Traveloka advises customers to check the card details, authorization code, available limit, e-commerce capability, and internet connection.

Check the card information

Review:

  • Card number
  • Cardholder name
  • Expiration date
  • CVV
  • Billing information

A single incorrect digit can cause the transaction to fail.

Check your available credit or balance

Make sure you have enough funds for:

  • Total Traveloka payment
  • Possible currency conversion
  • Temporary authorizations
  • Other pending card purchases

A credit card may show an available limit lower than the stated total limit because of pending transactions.

Enable online purchases

Open your bank’s app and check whether:

  • The card is locked
  • Online transactions are disabled
  • International e-commerce is disabled
  • Your online spending limit is too low
  • The card is restricted

Check the OTP

The OTP must be entered correctly and before it expires.

Traveloka says the issuing bank sends the OTP through SMS.

Make sure:

  • Your registered number is active.
  • Your phone has a network signal.
  • Your message inbox is not full.
  • You are entering the newest OTP.
  • You are not sharing the code with anyone.

Check your internet connection

An unstable connection can interrupt the transaction after the bank approves the payment but before Traveloka completes its confirmation.

Use a reliable connection and avoid repeatedly pressing the Pay button.

Contact your bank

Your bank may decline the transaction because of:

  • Fraud screening
  • Online-payment restrictions
  • Spending limits
  • Card security controls
  • Merchant restrictions
  • Incorrect verification
  • Temporary system problems

Ask whether the Traveloka transaction reached the bank and why it was declined.

What should you do if your card was charged but you received no ticket?

This is one of the most stressful payment situations.

Do not panic, but do not immediately make another payment either.

Step 1: Check your Traveloka account

Open:

  • Bookings
  • My Booking
  • Purchase List
  • Unfinished transactions

Check whether the booking is:

  • Confirmed
  • Processing
  • Pending payment
  • Failed
  • Expired

Step 2: Check your email

Look in:

  • Primary inbox
  • Spam
  • Junk
  • Promotions folder

Search for Traveloka, the airline, the hotel, or the booking ID.

Step 3: Check the card transaction

Determine whether the charge is:

  • Pending
  • Posted
  • Reversed
  • Declined
  • Only an authorization

Your bank can explain how the transaction appears in its system.

Step 4: Wait for the standard verification period

Traveloka says a properly completed flight payment should generally produce an e-ticket within 60 minutes.

Step 5: Upload payment proof

When the ticket or voucher has not arrived, Traveloka instructs customers to use the payment-proof function under the relevant booking or Purchase List.

Its guide says customers can select the transaction, indicate that payment was completed, and upload proof for verification. Traveloka says verification may take approximately 15 minutes after the proof is uploaded, although actual handling can vary.

Your proof may include:

  • Bank transaction screenshot
  • Card notification
  • Statement entry
  • Transaction reference
  • Date and amount

Hide unnecessary sensitive card information.

Step 6: Contact Traveloka

Provide:

  • Booking ID
  • Passenger or guest name
  • Transaction date
  • Amount
  • Last four digits of the card
  • Screenshot of the payment
  • Current booking status
  • Email address used

Never email your complete card number or CVV.

What if Traveloka charged you twice?

First, determine whether both transactions are actual posted charges.

Sometimes a card account can show:

  • One completed charge and one pending authorization
  • Two pending attempts
  • One failed authorization awaiting reversal
  • Two genuine completed transactions

Do not assume that every pending line represents a permanent second charge.

Take screenshots and contact:

  1. Traveloka
  2. Your card issuer

Prepare:

  • Booking ID
  • Exact amounts
  • Dates and times
  • Transaction references
  • Last four card digits
  • Card-statement screenshots
  • Number of tickets or vouchers received

When two separate bookings were confirmed, cancellation conditions may apply to the extra reservation. Traveloka’s general payment Help Centre includes separate guidance for duplicate payments and duplicate bookings.

What if the booking expired during payment?

Traveloka requires payment to be completed before the displayed deadline. The remaining period can be checked through the Purchase List.

When the booking expires:

  • The original price may no longer be available.
  • The flight seat may be released.
  • The hotel room may sell out.
  • A promo code may no longer work.
  • You may need to create a new booking.

When your card was charged near or after the deadline, do not pay again until Traveloka and your bank confirm what happened.

Can you use someone else’s card?

Traveloka’s current general card instructions do not say that the cardholder must always be one of the passengers or hotel guests.

However, card issuers and individual suppliers may have their own verification rules.

When using another person’s card:

  • Obtain the cardholder’s permission.
  • Enter the correct cardholder name.
  • Make sure the cardholder can receive the OTP.
  • Keep the payment receipt.
  • Check the hotel’s check-in requirements.
  • Be prepared for additional verification.

Some hotels may ask guests to present the card used to guarantee the reservation or provide another deposit at check-in.

Read the property policy and voucher carefully.

Does Traveloka save your card information?

Traveloka’s Help Centre says it protects card data using industry security and encryption standards, including 256-bit technology and PCI-compliant processing.

The My Cards feature can make future checkout faster by allowing supported card details to be associated with your Traveloka account.

Even with these safeguards, protect your account by:

  • Using a strong password
  • Avoiding shared devices
  • Signing out of public computers
  • Locking your phone
  • Reviewing saved cards
  • Removing cards you no longer use
  • Monitoring card notifications

Never share your Traveloka password or OTP.

Is it safe to pay Traveloka by card?

Paying through the official Traveloka website or app is generally the safest way to complete a Traveloka transaction.

Traveloka states that its card transactions use security and encryption standards.

However, customers must still protect themselves from scams.

Safe payment practices

  • Type the Traveloka address yourself or use the official app.
  • Do not pay through a link from an unknown person.
  • Never reveal your OTP.
  • Never send a photograph showing both sides of your card.
  • Do not share your CVV.
  • Do not allow someone to remotely control your phone.
  • Do not transfer money to a personal account.
  • Review the amount before approving the bank verification.
  • Keep the confirmation and receipt.

Traveloka will not need your OTP through chat

The OTP is intended to confirm that the cardholder approves the transaction.

Traveloka says it is sent by the issuing bank for immediate entry during payment.

Anyone asking you to send the OTP by chat, email, or phone should be treated as suspicious.

Will Traveloka charge additional fees?

The final Traveloka price may include:

  • Supplier price
  • Taxes
  • Service charges
  • Traveloka facilitating fees
  • Airline fees
  • Hotel charges
  • Optional add-ons
  • Insurance
  • Baggage
  • Seats
  • Meals

Traveloka’s terms allow it to charge facilitating, service, and other applicable fees in addition to supplier charges. Refund or payment-reversal fees may also be deducted where permitted.

Your card issuer may separately apply fees based on its own rules.

Before approving the payment, check:

  • Currency
  • Final peso amount
  • Foreign transaction treatment
  • Installment fees
  • Bank processing fees
  • Interest when using a credit card
  • Promo discount

What currency will Traveloka charge?

The Philippine Traveloka platform normally displays prices in Philippine pesos.

However, check the final checkout amount because:

  • A supplier may use another currency.
  • A Pay at Hotel property may collect local currency.
  • The bank may process the transaction differently.
  • Overseas accommodation charges may be converted.
  • The card issuer may apply its own exchange rate.

The amount displayed before confirmation should be reviewed carefully.

For Pay at Hotel bookings, Traveloka’s terms advise customers to follow the confirmed voucher and property-payment instructions.

How do Traveloka refunds work for card payments?

Traveloka’s terms say refunds are generally processed by reversing the transaction through the original payment method.

For a card booking, this normally means the approved refund is returned through the card-payment channel.

The time before it appears can depend on:

  • Traveloka processing
  • Airline or hotel approval
  • Payment processor
  • Card network
  • Issuing bank
  • Statement cycle

The refund may not appear as cash in your bank account when a credit card was used. It may instead appear as a credit on the card account.

Traveloka can also deduct applicable refund-processing, bank, merchant, or service fees where permitted by the booking conditions.

Can you change the payment method after booking?

Once a Traveloka booking has been successfully paid and confirmed, you generally cannot replace the completed card transaction with a different payment method simply because another option becomes more convenient.

For example, you normally cannot ask Traveloka to:

  • Remove the card charge
  • Accept GCash instead
  • Transfer the payment to another card
  • Convert it into cash payment
  • Move it to Pay at Hotel

A cancellation and new booking may be required, and that can involve:

  • Cancellation fees
  • Loss of the original fare
  • Loss of the room
  • Loss of a coupon
  • Higher replacement price
  • Refund waiting time

Do not cancel a confirmed reservation merely to change the payment method without checking the financial consequences.

Can you use a promo code with a card payment?

Yes, when the coupon and booking are eligible.

A promo may require:

  • A particular bank
  • Visa or Mastercard
  • A minimum transaction amount
  • A selected product
  • App-only payment
  • New-user status
  • A specific travel period
  • Full payment using one card

Apply the promo before pressing Pay and confirm that the final amount changes.

Traveloka’s terms say promotional eligibility and restrictions are governed by the campaign’s specific conditions. Promotions may also be non-refundable and may not be combined unless the campaign expressly permits it.

Why do older Traveloka guides show more payment options?

Traveloka previously promoted a wider selection of Philippine payment channels.

Its older payment page still contains instructions for:

  • Credit cards
  • DragonPay
  • Internet banking
  • Bank counters
  • Coins
  • BancNet
  • PayPal

Older Philippine articles also mention payment through convenience stores, remittance centres, and banks.

However, Traveloka’s newer dedicated Philippine Help Centre payment article now states that credit or debit card is the only currently offered method.

The older pages may remain visible because they have not been removed or fully updated.

This is why publication date and source type matter.

For the most reliable answer:

  1. Check the dedicated Philippine Help Centre.
  2. Start the actual booking.
  3. Review the live checkout screen.
  4. Follow only the options displayed there.

Traveloka says your payment is confirmed when you receive the e-ticket or voucher by email. You should also check the booking status in your account.

How long should I wait for my e-ticket?

Traveloka says a flight e-ticket should generally be issued within 60 minutes after a correct payment is completed within the deadline.

What should I do if I was charged but received no ticket?

Check your Traveloka booking status, email, spam folder, and bank transaction. Wait for the standard verification period, upload payment proof when instructed, and contact Traveloka before paying again.

Can I pay using another person’s card?

This may be possible when the cardholder authorizes it and the bank approves the transaction. However, the hotel or supplier may have separate verification requirements.

Will my refund return to the same card?

Traveloka says refunds are generally reversed through the original payment method, subject to payment-processing and booking conditions.

Final thoughts

Traveloka’s Philippine payment options are more limited today than many older online guides suggest.

As of August 2, 2026, Traveloka’s dedicated Philippine Help Centre states that its current payment method is a credit or debit card. Card payment is available through the Traveloka website and mobile applications and applies to products offered on the Philippine platform.

Visa and Mastercard are specifically identified under Traveloka’s My Cards feature.

Although you may still find Traveloka pages mentioning GCash, Maya, DragonPay, bank transfers, Coins.ph, BancNet, PayPal, and over-the-counter payment, those references conflict with the newer dedicated payment guidance.

Do not assume that an old payment method remains available.

The option shown on your actual checkout screen is what matters.

Before paying:

  • Check the passenger or guest details.
  • Confirm the final price.
  • Apply the promo code.
  • Make sure online transactions are enabled.
  • Check your card limit or balance.
  • Prepare to receive the OTP.
  • Complete payment before the deadline.
  • Wait for the e-ticket or voucher.

When your card is charged but no booking confirmation arrives, avoid immediately paying again. Check the booking status, wait for verification, upload proof when necessary, and contact Traveloka.

Finally, never send money through an unofficial account or share your OTP with another person.

A legitimate Traveloka payment should always happen through the official website, official app, or the hotel-payment arrangement clearly stated on your confirmed voucher.
