2. Look for the tab, Non-Telco and tap it.
3. Then make sure your GCash number is indicated on the box. Gcash will send the Cignal E-PIN to your mobile number.

5. Look for the tab, PayTV.
6. Choose the type of Cignal Prepaid Load. Usually the most popular is “Cignal Prepaid Load 200.”
Reminder: If you’re going to load 200 pesos, make sure you choose the Cignal Prepaid Load 200 and not the Cignal Play Premium 200. It will not work for Cignal TV Satellite boxes.
7. Click, Buy Now.
8. Then Tap, Pay PHP 200.00
9. Next page is a confirmation of your payment. You can download it and save it on your phone.
10. Check your text messages, you will receive a text from GCash with the 14-digit PIN number.

12. Type in your Prepaid Account Number and the 14-digit PIN.
13. Type in the CAPTCHA key and click “Submit.”

December 28, 2023 at 6:40 pmThe process is still the same. All you need to do is to have your 8-digit prepaid account number and the PIN number sent to ur GCash number. A problem occured as i was only given the CCA number but I just dialed CIGNALSC(CCA number) then send to 5353 to know the 8-digit prepaid account number. Hope this is helpful.
