As I was doing my usual afternoon walk, I decided to take a different route, passing through the highway going to Malabon in Gen. Trias. I planned to reach Pasong Kawayan 2 and then walk back. This would be enough to meet my daily goal of 10,000 steps.
Upon reaching the center of Pasong Kawayan 2, known as Bilog, I noticed a cafe named Felize Cafe on the second floor of 7-Eleven. It had a nice design and seemed inviting, so I decided to enter. After all, a cup of coffee in the afternoon is always a good idea, right?
Felize Cafe Experience
As I walked towards the second floor, I saw the menu beside the stairs. This is a great idea for people who want to get a sense of what the cafe offers. They seem to have a wide array of options. “Coffee and pasta would be great,” I told myself.
Entering the cafe, I was struck by its charming interior. It was clear that a lot of effort had gone into its design. There were old pocketbooks and even an antique typewriter on display. It felt like the perfect place to relax and chat with friends.
Finding plenty of available seats, I chose one and proceeded to the counter. I had initially planned to order pasta, but the Felize Burger on the menu caught my eye. Assuming it was their signature dish, I decided to give it a try.
I ordered the Felize burger and a hot cappuccino. Yes, I admit, I like my coffee hot – typical ‘Tito’ style!
While waiting for my order, I took some photos of the cafe. It was both artistic and aesthetically pleasing. Gradually, more customers arrived, including high school students on dates. A light-hearted warning to parents: don’t give your kids too much allowance, or they might end up dating in cafes like this one. Char!
The Felize Burger was not only well-presented but also delicious. It was a large burger with egg, vegetables, and fries. They seemed quite serious about naming their signature burger after the cafe. The patty was larger than the usual fast-food size and tasted homemade, unlike the typical commercialized ones. It was juicy and flavorful, and the vegetables and fries complemented it perfectly.
My hot cappuccino was also perfect, with a good blend of strong coffee and just a hint of sweetness. As someone who enjoys visiting cafes in my area of Gentri, I can say that Felize Cafe makes great coffee too. It seems that I have to update my Best Coffee Shops in Gen. Trias article and include Felize Cafe. Haha
Felize Cafe offers a wide range of items like pasta, pizza, chicken wings, snacks, and waffles. For those craving rice meals, there weren’t any on the menu, but the chicken wings are a close alternative.
I stayed at the cafe for a few more minutes, savoring my coffee and enjoying the ambiance. The place continued to fill with groups of friends and families, and the high schoolers were still there, immersed in their dates.
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the food and coffee at Felize Cafe. The ambiance was also pleasant, and I know I’ll be back soon.
Checking my tracker, I realized I had only reached 6,000 steps. So, I walked back home, which was just enough to complete my 10,000 steps goal.
Felize Cafe Menu
As I’ve mentioned, Felize Cafe offers an array of food from burgers, sandwiches, pasta, pizza, chicken wings, and waffles.
As for the drinks, they have coffee, tea, and more varieties. Here’s the complete menu of Felize Cafe with prices.
